Some comments from someone who clearly knows what they're talking about (thanks Torsten): This is a weird one. Stupid as hell. Tracks 1-4 are NOT LIVE, they are taken from the unreleased BBC session 6, the crowd noise is FAKE. All four songs also exist without the crowd and in much better sound quality. Track 3 is also mislabeled, the correct name should be "My Melancholy Blues". All the BBC sessions will hopefully be included on the upcoming box set. Tracks 5-8 and 11-14 are taken from the official "Live Killers" double album (tracks 5, 6, and 7 from disc 1, tracks 8, 11, 12, 13 and 14 from disc 2). Tracks 9 and 10 are taken from the heavily bootlegged X-Mas 1975 concert from Hammersmith Odeon, London. |
